Our comprehensive One Year Maintenance Contract ensures that your coffee machine is consistently maintained, serviced, and kept in optimal working condition. This service is perfect for businesses looking to ensure smooth, hassle-free machine operations.

− Quarterly Maintenance (Excluding Spare Parts)
– Machine Cleaning: Deep cleaning of essential components to maintain hygiene and performance. – Machine Calibration: Ensuring the machine is calibrated for precise operation, guaranteeing consistent coffee quality. – Machine Inspection & Assessment: Thorough assessment to catch any potential issues early and avoid costly breakdowns.
+ Coffee Machine Training (Up to 2 Times)
We offer training sessions for your staff to properly use and maintain the machine, ensuring efficient operation and coffee quality.
+ Temporary Replacement Machine
In the event that your machine requires extensive repairs, we provide a temporary replacement machine to minimize downtime.
+ Semi-Annual Group Gasket Replacement
Gaskets in the group head are replaced twice a year to maintain optimal sealing and prevent leakage.
+ Semi-Annual Steam Wand O-ring Replacement
O-rings in the steam wand are replaced twice a year to prevent wear and tear, ensuring consistent steam performance.
+ Technician Emergency Site Deployment
Response Time: – Within 6 hours on business days. – Within 8 hours on Fridays and holidays. Our emergency deployment service ensures quick on-site troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintenance Contract Terms and Conditions

Service Area:

  • Sharjah & Dubai (No extra charge).
  • Other Emirates have a pre-trip extra charge as follows:
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Fujairah, Khorfakkan: 50 AED.
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: 70 AED.

Payment Terms:

  • 100% advance payment required.

Spare Parts:

  • Prices for spare parts will be quoted separately, depending on the brand and model of the machine.

Payment Methods:

  • All cheques are payable to “BATCH ZERO L.L.C S.O.C”.

Maintenance Contract Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper maintenance, loss, fire, or misuse.
  • Wear and tear on fragile and sensitive parts or consumables are not included under the warranty.
  • Warranty for parts like switches, heating elements, thermostats, pilot lamps, timers, etc., is limited to one month only.
